Here is a product I have used on occasion. It is a drink mix you can have as a snack or supplement. I am going to start using this more to see if it will boost me in my weight loss plateau.

Here is another product I use. These shakes are an awesome meal replacement. In my program I have shakes the first two days at each meal with a serving of fruit at breakfast, and with salad and veggies at lunch and dinner. Then from day 3 to 10, I continue my shake and fruit for breakfast and replace my lunch and dinner shake with a protein. Starting day 11 to 30, you can replace your breakfast shake with a dairy/egg selection and add bread/grain to lunch and dinner. I continue to have the shakes for breakfast because first they taste great and are quick and easy.
