Ok today is my day 18 of my second 90-day challenge. No loss this week. I am disappointed but I will not let it stop me. I will push through this and start losing again because I am determined. There are some things I have been lacks on and need to recommit to. I recommitted to exercise but something I haven't been doing lately is keeping a food journal. I don't like doing it but it will help me be accountable and pin point where I can "clean up" my act with my food. Today is a new day and I will continue to move forward!!
